This spacious 2 story home has Five bedrooms, THREE and a half bathrooms, Large Family room, with Large 42" Plasma flat screen TV, Formal Living room with Large TV, Dining room, Breakfast Nook, Games room, with Pool Table and Foosball Table, Plus, Laundry Room a Spacious Kitchen which is fully equipped with all major appliances. Central Air Conditioning, CABLE TV in all bedrooms, VIDEO and DVD players, CD/Radio player and Telephone. A South Facing Lakeside Private Pool that gets the SUN nearly all day long, Summer or Winter, with SPA/Hot TUB, a Gas BBQ and plenty of sun loungers. Covered Lanai for when that sun gets just too hot! Everything you could possibly need!
LIVING AREAS
Our Family room has plenty of space and is decorated to a comfortable standard. The Formal Living room is separated from the family room and quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing moment. With two living rooms you really will have the space needed to relax in comfort. Between the two living areas is the fully fitted Kitchen.
BEDROOMS
On the first floor, the attractive Master bedroom has King size bed, TV, radio alarm and ceiling fan. Adjoining is the elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, large shower cubicle, his and hers vanity basins and separate toilet and hair dryer. To complete the master suite there is a large walk in closet. Also on this floor are a further four spacious bedrooms. One King size double bed. One Queen size double and two with twin beds, all of which contain Cable TV /DVD Players Double Walk-in Closets and Ceiling Fans.
There are a further Two Bathrooms each with Shower, Vanity basin, Toilet and Hair dryers.
PRIVATE POOL AREA
There is nothing more enjoyable than soaking up the Florida sunshine as you relax around your own
Private South Facing Lakeside pool. The pool area contains a SPA/HOT TUB, a Gas BBQ, Covered lanai
and there is sufficient 'quality' Patio Furniture to accommodate all guests.
